A QR code for your wedding photos.
Toast Roll gives you a QR code for your wedding tables. Guests scan it with their phone camera and upload photos and videos straight into your album, with no app and no account. It costs $39 once per event.
What the table card looks like
Each card shows your names, a QR code with your initials in the middle, “Scan to share your photos” and a short link (toastroll.com/e/ plus an 8-character code) for anyone whose camera won’t scan. You print four cards to a page on A4 or Letter and slot them into table frames or stand them up.
What guests see when they scan
- Your names and a big “Choose photos and videos” button.
- Their photo library opens. They pick as many photos and videos as they like.
- Uploads show progress, and pick up where they left off if the guest reopens the page.
- Optionally, they add their name so you know who took what.
Where to put the QR code
- On every table: guests are seated and have their phones out during speeches.
- At the bar and the photo booth.
- On the back of the menu or order of service.
- In the thank-you message, for photos people find later.
Why not a shared Google Photos or iCloud album?
Shared albums ask every guest to have, or sign in to, the same platform, and some compress uploads. A Toast Roll QR works in any phone browser, keeps original files, and gives you one dashboard to download everything.
