What we store

• For couples: your names, wedding date and email, your seating plan, and your payment status (Stripe handles card details; we never see them).
• For guests: the photos and videos you upload, and the name you choose to add, if any.

What we don’t do

No advertising, no tracking cookies, no selling or sharing data. Your browser stores your admin code or guest name on your device so you stay signed in. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

How long

Photos are kept until 365 days after your wedding or payment, whichever is later, plus 30 days to download. Then everything is deleted. If you delete your event, it disappears from view immediately and is permanently erased within 45 days.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, storage and bot protection), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email).

Your choices

To have a photo of you removed, use Report on the photo or email hello@toastroll.com. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, email us from the address on the event.
